About Us

 OUR MISSION

Secret Santas, Inc. is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization providing holiday presents to Foster Children, by working with agencies in Westchester County, through anonymous gifts from the support of our annual fundraising event. IRS Tax ID# 30-0798747
Our beginnings are rooted in paying off lay-away accounts at big-boxed stores for low-income families in Westchester.  As the practice started to fade, and the stores started to close, we updated our organization to serve foster children in Westchester.  We have gifted 2000 presents in the past 11 years! 

Founder
         
          Lisa Jones is the founder of Secret Santas.  Lisa's love of all things Christmas, and her will to bring joy to all during the Christmas season, sparked the desire to create Secret Santas and help provide a merrier holiday to those who needed outside aid so little ones could find presents under the Christmas tree.  

 
Chief Operations Officer         
          Michelle Oliva is the Operations Guru at Secret Santas. Michelle's experience and expertise managing fundraisers helps Secret Santas with location, organization, and execution, all while focusing on creating fun at our event.  Michelle has all the great ideas so if there's a new and exciting aspect of the fundraiser, she was most likely the driving force.    

 Major Gift Partner
          Jason Jones has been helping Secret Santas as the major gifts partner since 2013. 
Working closely with Lisa on strategy, execution, and concept, Jason was the first member of
the Secret Santas team and has helped grow the organization to what it is today. Jason is Lisa's partner in Secret Santas and in life, along with their son, Jesse, they have created a life of service
to the community.

Social Services Consult

          Tony Cerasi is a major member of the Elf team at Secret Santas.  Tony's  background as a MSW provides valuable insight.  He personally assists in shopping for the many presents purchased for the foster children sponsored by our organization.  If you attend one of our events you'll be laughing at the fun Tony provides as MC.  

 Senior Elves

           Joann Cerasi, Sonja Cerasi, and Sandy Scaramuzzo are the Senior Elves at Secret Santas; they are the heart and soul of the fundraiser. Year after year, they hit the pavement to procure gifts for our auction.  They have been members of the community for over 70 years and share their love for Westchester, and love for children through their work with Secret Santas.    
  

 Junior Elves

      Abby Oliva-Schneider has been a junior elf since she was in second grade.  She has a natural creative ability and is dedicated to assisting in any way possible, both in preparation and execution.  Abby leads and organizes the student volunteers for our event. 

         Jesse Jones was three years old when his mother started Secret Santas.  The event is truly a family affair and Jes has had his elf boots on the ground helping since day one.  He started out delivering gifts to the winners, and now assists in the planning and execution of the event.  Jes leads the kids activities at our annual fundraiser.
